"We were late arriving but Andy was on site to meet us and we checked in immediately and even managed an evening dip in the pool after a hot few hours travelling. The pool was brilliant. Shallow enough at one end for the youngest child (3yr old) but deep at the other to challenge the older kids. Did have alot of trouble finding hotel because of road works having closed direct access to hotel and sat navigation couldn't find away. "Our duplex room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely little balcony we could sit out at of an evening. We ate in the hotel a couple of times and the food was of good quality. The hotel is within walking distance of the old part of Vannes."

"One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between Expedia and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it."
