Character farmhouse of 130 m2, completely renovated in 2013 (3 stars)
It is located on the edge of the Petit and Grand Loch nature reserve, which leads to the beaches of Guidel.
Access to the sandy beaches is 4 km by road or by hiking trails that cross the reserve, classified as a wildlife reserve. Observatories are available day and night to observe the flora and fauna. (a great diversity of birds according to the seasons including a good number of rare species, as well as the European otter and the sand locust. The maintenance of this eco-system is done by a Scottish horse, bred in semi-freedom: The North West.
The large fine sand beaches of Guidel offer different activities, summer and winter: SWIMMING, KITE-SURF, SURF, PADDLE, KAYAK, LONGE COTE, DIVING, JET SKI etc ... (beaches monitored during summer periods.)

- 12th edition of the 'VOLVO RACE' race (stops in Lorient on June 14 and starts again on June 17)
- The medieval Hennebont in late July
- 45th interceltic festival from August 7 to 17 (year of Cornwall and the Isle of Man)
This house consists of 4 bedrooms, one on the R. D.C with a double bed, one S. D.B with shower and independent W. C.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath and sink 2 sinks and independent W. C.
The living room on the ground floor is 45 m2, it consists of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a table for 8 people and an adjoining lounge. The cloakroom is at the entrance and is closed.
A travel cot and baby chair are available on request.

A garage is attached to the house, followed by 3 parking spaces in a private courtyard.
