"Quiet in the off season but I can imagine it being very busy in the summer. Great location for visiting different towns around the lake. Accommodation was clean but a bit worn/dated."

"Seriously this is a lovely apartment in a great location with all of the facilities that you could wish for... No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. "The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. "This was an awesome hotel, located in an area that was ease of access to the local shops, ease of access either by car or a half hour walk to the town of Sirmione. The hotel offers complimentary bikes to get around the town, as it can get quite busy with the tourist buses. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was great, the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, hope to come back one day . "

"We spent a week at the Grand Hotel Terme di Sirmione in mid-September 2024. The hotel is excellent, and all the staff are always helpful. The thermal pool was a big hit, you can spend many happy hours in it even when it is raining. The sulphur smell from the thermal pool can at times intrude into small parts of the hotel (the smell is not really noticeable in the open air at the pool), but that is a very small price for such a wonderful facility. The buffet breakfast is OK but if, like me, you like your bacon thickly cut they will slice and cook it specially on order, along with freshly cooked accompaniments like grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and fried egg. If you are a dog lover you will not be bothered by the fact that at weekends Italian guests bring their dogs and these are allowed into the restaurant! This is the only aspect of the hotel I would want to change, but having said that we will happily stay there again in the future."
