"Stay was great and room very comfy and clean, however the only downer was that check in wasn't until 3pm and if you wanted to check in earlier its £50 extra. which was a load of nonsense. I had to get changed for a wedding in the toilet which was less than ideal. Staff were great "

"This is a real gem of a hotel and the rooms were really good - clean, well presented and with a great selection of teas and coffees. Liked the little sweets too. Excellent for the theatre so it was just such a great choice and I would absolutely go back and stay there again."
