Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location.

I highly recommend this hotel. The quality for money is excellent. I loved the authentic feel of this hotel- nothing about it was "cookie-cutter", The rooms were traditionally appointed in their decor yet all of the modern amenities were provided. The beds and linens were comfortable. The view of the canal was an added bonus and the adorable city center of Bruges was mere minutes away.

"Bel hôtel renové, excellent service, juste en face de la gare, 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Liège. Épicerie Carrefour express juste à côté, plusieurs restaurants. "Generally pretty good. Cleaning could be a bit better in the common areas. Walks and lists in our room was dirty and damaged but nothing that caused an issue. We regretted not getting the breakfast as part of the room as we didn't find that many restaurants in Liége that provided a breakfast option ..."
