This is one of the best resort we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The staff were pleasant and so helpful. A birthday package was offered through Expedia and when I tell you everything was displayed and done so nicely. The restaurants were great and there is an app that allows you to reserve and you’ll have access to other activities and events offered by the Resort. We were able to go on an excursion through an agency at the Resort and that very much enjoyed. Maricka from the Dining Hall was fantastic and so dedicated to her job. It was such a pleasure meet and conversate with her! Spa Staff were also great. I have nothing negative to say about this place! Can’t wiat to go back one day!

Everything was great just they the food options for vegetarians was very limited which should be corrected because the number of prime that are vegetarians in the world is growing we found our selves eating at one particular resistant 6 days out of 8 so that wasn’t pleasant but other than that everything was nice

People in coffee shop really rude and most staff not friendly. The pool staff, lobby staff, entertainment staff, and transportation were great.

This hotel was new and clean. Amenities was great!

Excellent Property, Staff, Cleanliness, dining experiences. The only recommendation I have is they do not have a Lunch Buffet. That would make all the difference.
