Condo was nice, parking was confusing and tight, some cars and truck had large trailer hitches that stuck out too far and could trip over them, was told not to have political signs however many boats did have political flags flying at the dock, did see a dog walking on the grounds, hoped the dog owner was picking up its waste.

Great Family Property
The condo was almost exactly as described. Instead of the two twin beds in one bedroom, there is now a bunk bed which my kids loved. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in is a bit old school - have to go pick up key cards and parking pass at a bowling alley. It wasn’t very far out of the way but is in a busy part of Foley so this added to our trip and it seems like this could be updated. Overall, great views, great pools and our kids loved the Nemo bus to the beach and water slides. We’d stay here again!

Amazing Beach trip
The Caribe is amazing. So much to do. You don't even have to leave the property. All the amenities you need are right there. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Summer Kickoff Trip
Was a great way to kick off the summer after school ended for the kids. Caribe is always a hit with them. Kinda bummed the lazy river was down for repairs, but otherwise was a great trip! Great weather, clear water, even saw some sting rays swimming around the docs from our balcony!

Condo was as advertised. Plenty of space for the eight of us. Well stocked with all essentials needed in the kitchen. All appliances work perfectly and were first rate. Beautifully decorated condo. We'll be back next year.

Great stay!
The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay there. Parking space was close by the main door, so that was great. Only thing I would say was inconvenient was the key pickup/dropoff as the location to do so was out of our way. However, the owner did accommodate the pickup/dropoff times I requested due to our schedule being what it was. So all in all, I would say that we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful resort. Good communication with owners. Having to get the key from 30 minutes away for check in and check out was not fun. Floors could use a better mop job. (Had a crawler in our group) wasn’t informed prior to the visit that the lazy river would be closed due to construction. Felt like we paid premiem price and didn’t have all amenities.

Overall the stay was nice. Only problem was there was a large amount of dust near the sliding doors. There was a huge urine stain on the comforter from the past guest stay. I layed across the bed and smelled a terrible odor. Closed the curtain and turned on the lights and there was a huge urine stain on top of the covers. And yes I have pictures

Great property especially with teenagers
This condo exceeded my expectations. It was very big and accommodated our two families of 3 and 4, 7 people total. The teenagers loved the mini golf. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very cooperative for us so I can’t speak to personal experience of the outside pools. They looked nice but it was too cold for us to use and the lazy river was under construction. The marina at the Caribe has a lot to offer as well if it’s warm. The walk to the beach was easy and the Cobalt restaurant (right by the condo) was great. We were there during spring break and it did get very rowdy and loud so be aware of that. Would definitely rent this property again and go when it’s warm!

To check in you had to go to a bowling alley- communication could have been better as I wondered I’m guessing where to check in. Then check out at 9 am is a bit early. Then you have to drop off keys back off at bowling alley that is closed. No communication to tell you where to leave card keys. Condo is great- TV s are hard to operate.

Beautiful unit & views but unfortunate problem & misunderstanding over check out time on website.
The property was beautiful and everyone really enjoyed the time of rest and fellowship. There was confusion however over the check out time which needs to be addressed on the property listing. Your site stated check out time was 10am(which is already earlier than similar rentals) but housekeeping was literally banging on the door by 9am and was not at all sympathetic about the time discrepancy. What had been a very enjoyable weekend unexpectedly, quite abruptly, ended on a sour note which so easily could have/should have been avoided. To avoid similar situations for future customers please reconcile and/or correct the checkout time advertised on your site with the housekeeping staff at the property.

Great view and pool area!
Loved the condo and location. The owner was great at communicating efficiently. Had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. Plus we loved the wet bar, mini frig and ice maker. I rated the checkin lower because I didn’t like that we had to go out of our way to pickup keys at a bowling alley. A handful of the workers had no idea what i was talking about when i said I am here to checkin. I also didn’t like that we had to drive back there to drop the keys off. Just not convenient when you have already driven thousands of miles. I would also keep in mind what dates you choose to rent this resort. If it is during the local orange county/gulf shores schools spring break the young teens take over the resort. They gathered in the halls, elevators, pool, lobby, etc and all hours of the night. Just not great for families with little ones. Other than the dates overlapping, we would highly recommended this resort.
