Living room features queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony. Dining table seats 6 for leisurely meals at home, laundry is on the same floor just steps away from the unit. This property is a MUST-SEE! No boats are allowed on property.

Parking Passes are required and have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure parking.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
