We own our cleaning company so we have full control over the cleaning and sanitizing of the properties we manage. We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe!!

This condo is gorgeous! The new owner spared no expense when updating the condo inside and out! You will find all new floors, new paint, new cabinets in bathrooms with quartz top, new kitchen quartz tops, new plumbing fixtures, all nee furniture, and an all new outdoor living room set up on the deck!! All new large TV's everywhere! The bunk room is decked out with built in bunks each with its own private smart TV!

All of this is located in awesome Lighthouse! A gulf front development with fabulous amenities and a perfect location - walking distance to the Hangout, Pink Pony, Sea and Suds, Picnic Beach, Waffle House, shopping and more!!

Master: King sized bed, updated bathroom with HUGE walk in shower; gorgeous beach views and access to the beach front deck! (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom: King sized bed, access to remodeled bathroom. (sleeps 2)
Bunk Room: 2 twin built n bunks (sleeps 2)
Living Room: Condo is stocked with a double stacked, super high end air mattress and linens for two additional sleeping locations (sleeps 2)

Beautiful unit and great communication!

We absolutely loved this condo! It is Well appointed and the views are incredible! We also really liked the fact that the managers of the unit were very forthcoming with communication when we needed it. We will definitely be staying there again next year.

Wonderful Stay!

This is one of the best condos we’ve stayed at. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was efficently stocked. The Patio furniture was comfortable. Would definitely book the place again!

Lighthouse 1511 The stay was nice

Check in was easy. The beach was nice and the facility was nice. Enjoyed the couch on the patio instead of the normal table and chairs. Everything was as it should be. I would rent again.

Nice place for a family

With 4 adults and 2 children the two king size beds were wonderful and spacious. The bunk beds were great for our 6 year old granddaughter and there was room in the second bedroom for a pack and play for the 1 year old.

Gorgeous Property, Best for Long Term Rentals

My son and I really enjoyed this condo and will definitely be back to the Lighthouse when we can book for a longer term. Our stay was only 3 nights, and with no kitchen amenities the first morning was a little tough having to leave the condo for a warm drink. The condo and the facilities are spectacular, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and the warm indoor pool, sauna, and work out area were much appreciated in January.

Wonderful All Around Experience

It was ok.....third time there. Always can reach host. Needs more kitchen equipment for group of 8.

Nice ....just needs the hot tubs working properly. No jets and tons of sand in them. Need kitchen in 1511 better stocked ...crockpot has no lid. Just needs a little TLC !

Memorial Trip

We had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful from the balcony seating. Everything was just as it was seen on the wed site. Surprised at the little wagon to carry everything down to the beach. That was a plus!!

Great stay!

Very pleased! Great view, beds comfortable, very clean and very nice. The room with the bunk beds is tiny, basically a closet. The site in its self was very secure. You have to pay for parking when you get there. I didn’t like having to wear a bracelet on the premises but like I said I did like that it was secure.

Beautiful Condo on 15th floor

Condo was beautiful and clean. New shower was amazing! Loved the comfortable patio furniture on the balcony with a 15th floor gorgeous view! One suggestion...pantry was not accessible to store food. Loved this option in the other condos I stayed at. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay.

Perfect!

This was a wonderful condo! The view, the beds, the decor all were wonderful! Fastest elevators ever!! If theres a negative at all its that there are NO extras in the kitchen...coffee filters, salt n pepper, foil... nothing. We were prepared for that but some may not be. Loved the place tho and would highly recommend!

Great Beachfront Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo. Checking in was fairly easy, parking passes are now $50 not $40 as advertised. There was plenty of parking and they have nice carts to help carrying in all of your luggage. There are three elevators and they are fast. The condo was comfortable, the balcony seating was nice and the large shower was great. I took one star off the rating because the wireless internet was not good. The property manager suggested the "reset" at the box, but that did not help. Overall, it was a relaxing stay on the beach.

Beautiful Condo!

We had a great stay at this condo. It’s beautifully decorated and immaculate. The layout is efficient so even though it is a smaller condo, it feels spacious. We loved it. My only suggestion (or info to share with future renters) is that the primary bedroom is at the back of the condo and both of the smaller rooms are up front. So, for my family, that meant my kids. The front door is an external door to the outside and there is no dead bolt on the door or even a chain lock. With only a key pad for digital entry, I would prefer a bit more security. It’s a beautiful place though!

Great value in January with spectacular view off balcony

We stayed at 1511 Lighthouse in January and we had a great rate. The condo was very clean and relaxing. We loved the balcony and comfortable furniture on the balcony. The view off the balcony is spectacular! Pros: very spacious, clean and relaxing. Nice starter supplies like shampoo, lotions, dishwashing and laundry detergents. Cons: There was only one teaspoon in the condo, the dust pan was worthless so we had to go to Walmart and purchase some spoons and dustpan. Would have been nice to have some kleenex provided. Suggestions: mention in listing that there is a Keurig, and beach wagon as well as beach chairs, include a chair by front door to sit and take off shoes and one in walk in closet. Overall it was great for the rate we got for January. If we paid the rate for peak times I would have expected not to have to buy the above mentioned items. Also the furnace door does NOT stay latched. Not an issue this time but if our grandchildren were with us it would have been. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Wonderful condo

Great condo right on the beach. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool and beach weren’t too crowded. Great location walkable to food and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed every moment in Lighthouse 1511! The property was spotless and updated, and you can't beat the location with a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach! The balcony patio is spacious and was my favorite place to start and end the day!The bunk room is much smaller than anticipated (basically a closet), but it worked fine for my two teens to sleep. You will want to go to the store to get essentials if you will be there for more than a couple of nights. (coffee...there is a Keurig and a coffee pot)We would stay here again!
