"First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!!...

"The hotel has nice gardens the pool is nice but needs cleaning and the umbrellas were too small. The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! "BE AWARE… THIS HOTEL IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. Poor service.. They will refuse to serve you any shots of alcohol, or any drink of your choice. They will only serve you with there set menu of mixed drinks. They have one buffet restaurant that only serves food on set hours. This hotel is a FAKE all inclusive hotel. I booked 3 nights, and I checked-out literally after 45 minutes. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said that they will refund me my 3 nights money, or worse case they will charge me...
