The hotel is in a great location if you want to play golf and has plenty of sun beds by the beach and pool so it was never an issue. The restaurant by the beach was good for lunch and the a la carte restaurants were good value.

We had a wonderful time and the hotel was spotless and very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive and the entertainment team were engaging and activities were good and varied. Food was fresh and lots of choice. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a lovely setting and friendly staff. Lots to do but also able to sit and relax by the pool whilst the kids enjoyed the water slides. Foam party was great fun and the pool inflatable was a big hit. Loved our evenings in the lobby bar upstairs playing cards and staff there were very good. Room amenities were excellent with soft drinks and snacks refilled daily and bathroom items also replenished. Room was a good size with a balcony and able to request room clean daily if needed. Although the piers were not open or a couple of bar areas this was understandable as it’s not main season and the areas were being done up/maintained. Shop onsite is expensive and would suggest bringing pool items/snacks for the kids with you. The spa was excellent and the treatments we had for both kids and adults were fantastic - would recommend. Also the use of the steam room, sauna and gym is included and we did this daily. This is a fab hotel and would definitely come back.

My experience at this hotel was okay! Lovely gardens and exceptional staff! Animation team is fab! I did however have a misunderstanding with a manager. Unfortunately for us, the hotel refuses to babysit kids under 2. I asked them to advise me how to get a reliable babysitter and they refused also. Logically, I went ahead to find babysitters in the area using a trustworthy source of course, but when she came they said they don’t allow this. So we had to pay her and send her away. My problem was how the manager handled the situation. He sat me down and made some condescending comments which I cannot ignore. Saying how he doesn’t understand how as a mum I could be comfortable leaving my child with a stranger “I just met on the internet”, interrogated both me and the babysitter about how we found each other and was judgemental even though this is a common thing that people do worldwide! It reminded me of being reprimanded at school, very strict, frowning and he kept instructing me to “respect the rules”, he really should have spoken to me in a gentle way. Without the babysitter we couldn’t enjoy the trip in the same way that we planned but it we made the most of it. Manager tried hard to resolve things and gave us good service for the rest of the trip. He offered for the babysitter to come back but to charge us an extortionate amount as if she’d be a hotel guest so not worth it. She was going to just sit while baby sleeps so we can enjoy dinner and disco hours but we couldn’t…

Very nice pools - one just for kids with a water slide. Rooms are indeed very "basic". Ugly orange HARD futon. Prepare to walk quite a bit as the rooms are scattered over a large area. Excellent buffets, there is even a bakery where you can see the baker working. Fresh bread was awesome! Not a very large beach but adequate, sandy but with large rocks as you go out. There seemed to be a fair mix of families, couples, singles and older people. All in all I was very happy with everything.

Definitely a wonderful luxury experience. A lovely beach for hotel guests, a heated pool, and unlimited drinks and pastries at the bakery downstairs. The food options were huge for the buffet. Though the a la carte option wasn’t useable on my end… the restaurants were fully booked immediately so I couldn’t get to experience that. It’s such a shame considering the price I paid for this place. Also, if you can, definitely splurge for the spa hamam scrub and massage— it’s worth it. You can take a taxi into the town as well— kale ici and duden waterfall isn’t that far. You can get there for $7 with taxi/uber or less
