Hotel staff was amazing! We loved the location and the room is great - hotel staff was so helpful when we had a mishap, they interpreted for us and went over and above customer service, they were like family! Thank You!!!

This hotels is situated right in the heart of Gunzenhausen and very close to good shopping and great food. The sauna was an excellent way to end a long day. Will stay again!

This is a really nice hotel in central location and good prices. Bur be aware that beside breakfast no meals are available in the hotel. This is not a problem as there are nice restaurants located within walking distance.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit 65 qm zugesagt bekommen und nur ein normales Doppelzimmer bekommen. Es sollte ein Überraschung für meine Lebensgefährtin werden. Hat aber leider nicht geklappt. Antwort: Wir berechnen ihnen dafür nur den normalen Doppelzimmer Preis. Parkplatz ist nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotel. Man muß das Gepäck zum Hotel schleppen. Es war Nachts auch laut zur hinteren Seite des Hotels.
