"Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähig. Spa-Nutzung am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr und ansonsten mit sehr hohem Aufpreis verbunden - das läuft in vielen anderen Hotels schon besser ab. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Bei den Duschen im Spa-Bereich roch es immer nach Kanal, was sehr unangenehm war. "First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. Only two items that are missing but I'm assuming this is a European thing, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal."

"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. The breakfast was decent not the best, but definitely not the worst overall and if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay at that’s clean I would recommend it."

"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perhaps if you were a female traveler on your own this time of year you may feel a little intimidated because there is no staff on site, but the area itself is very safe. Loved waking up to a view of the Burgenland hilly countryside, so lovely. Good restaurants in the surrounding area, generally less than a ten minute drive. The roads to the hotel are narrow and steep, so if there is snow or ice you would want to make sure you have good winter tires. "
