The receptionists are nice and very helpful. during the trip, my friend lost hist wallet during an excursion to the mountain, and someone collected it and return to a police station. The staff went out his way to drive us to the police station to pick up the wallet in the middle of the night. He just accepted verbal appreciation, but refused any money conpensation.
