The interior of the house has had zero use of Volatile organic compounds, including all paint finishes, flooring and fixtures in its entire reconstruction. Highly friendly to asthmatics and allergen sufferers.

The house has solar generation for energy and hot water, water use has been set for a comfortable pressure and flow to reduce water consumption. Water is completely filtered with extra filtration tap provided for drinking water.
All appliances are energy efficient to provide optimum use of daily solar production, Including comprehensive fresh air ventilation system.

The house observes key green principals of smaller footprint, use of renewable resources, and living simply and minimally.
