"Is a great experience to have a family’s trip together. Was really a good family bounding especially with my daughter during the kayaking activity. Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking...

Being and older building the noise from within the hotel can be quite loud but ear plugs will fix that. The toilet may talk to you during the night due to the older plumbing system. (sounds only)"
