You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. "This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen. We had an ocean-facing view on the top floor and the view was breathtaking. The room was lovely and modern and the hotel overall was quite clean.
