"This is the 2nd time I’ve stood at this resort. I highly recommend it. Staff is great. Kirin who works at the front desk remembered me and was just as helpful as the 1st time. The room was also better than the previous one I had. The only issue, I was trying to get work done but they were remodeling and banging on the walls for almost 45 minutes. "No sign and good luck finding it, number listed on the posting no one knows who’s number it is, Staff are Rude and can’t speak English! Room looks nothing like the pictures posted, under renovations apparently, no elevator so good luck if your on the 3rd floor and up. Hot water doesn’t work in the room, no WiFi and no Pool which means pretty much everything on the listing is FALSE! Very unhappy and will definitely not recommend anyone staying here! "
