"This is a beautiful and well-designed hotel in a unique location next to the lake and jungle. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. The only downside was the dining options - the menus are international and expensive, and the remote location of the hotel makes it difficult to eat elsewhere. "Hotel in the jungle with a rustic charm. Room was good with a comfortable bed. Lots of ants in the room initially but I suppose being in the jungle that’s to be expected! Restaurant food was plentiful and delicious. We stayed three nights and we didn’t get bored as there was a good varied choice -buffet or the a la cart menu-. Pool towels available and the attendant keeps the pool side nice a clean, especially with his endless battle with cleaning fallen leaves up. Bar staff were very friendly...

"Enjoyed our 2 nights here. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had many choices! Property is serene and feels wonderful. "A little bit of frustration as it could be a gem, but the attention to details in the room make it average. Service was excellent, food was superb and properly priced, rooms were big and well designed, the flaw lies in the attention to details. "Having just spent 5 nights at this hotel we can definitely recommend it.
