"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"Wir haben unseren achttägigen Aufenthalt in diesem schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen.Jahreszeitlich bedingt (Januar) haben wir vor allen Dingen die langen Spaziergänge an der Ostsee sehr genossen. Es gibt kein schlechtes Wetter es gibt nur die falsche Kleidung.Wir werden dieses Haus gerne einmal auch in den Sommermonaten besuchen.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und produktiv.Liebe Grüße aus der Lüneburger Heide Silke und Frank Schulze"

"Nach unproblematischer Buchung und sehr freundlichem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, haben wir eine sehr gepflegte und individuelle, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Wir haben drei schöne Tage verbringen dürfen und können die Wohnung sowie Umgebung jedem empfehlen, der ein paar ruhige Tage an der Ostsee verbringen möchte. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit einer netten Karte und einer Flasche Wein überrascht- herzlichen Dank dafür!"

"Einige Häuser haben ihre Terrasse nach hinten raus, da ist man nicht so auf dem Präsentierteller. Mit Hund sollte man die Parkanlage am Wald nehmen. Das Haus war sehr schön, eine Hausmappe wäre schön.gewesen, da der QR nicht so toll ist."

"Perfect check in on the front desk. Very friendly staff. In the room a bottle of water, apple and free coffee maker. The restaurant good, breakfast buffet amazing. I enjoy my 1 day trip.Spa and sauna area very good."

Good, nice location by the lake

"A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us "
