"Sehr viele Einrichtungsgegenstände sind kaputt. Die Türen schließen nicht, knarren sehr laut. Den Fernseher kann man nicht anschließen. An mehreren Stellen hängen lose Kabel aus der Wand... Sehr gefährlich. Keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer abends zum Schlafen abzudunkeln. So war Einschlafen kaum möglich. Das Bad war sehr eklig. Zum Glück waren wir kurz eine Nacht dort. "Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"
