"Phenomenal service, perfect location! The room was quiet, clean, and had a good view of the bay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the front desk staff were delightful and efficient. Bar on the 8th floor had great food and drinks as did the restaurant the next morning, and the staff there were very pleasant and accommodating. The cleaning staff were similarly professional. I would def stay here again!"

"Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk helped us find free parking for a car overnight. The view was great. The location was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was a little crowded and hard to get through but overall not terrible."

"Simple yet effective decor, very clean and tidy. We went for room with breakfast and access to the gym and spa facilities and that worked well for us. The breakfast buffet was really good. We enjoyed the general atmosphere in the hotel however the bar area in the evening was deserted. Proximity to Laugavegur main shopping artery was great, as well as the indoor food hall and a handful of great restaurants. Bus Stop 13 is just around the corner, ideal for pickup/dropoff and going on excursions. "
