"Phenomenal service, perfect location! The room was quiet, clean, and had a good view of the bay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the front desk staff were delightful and efficient. Bar on the 8th floor had great food and drinks as did the restaurant the next morning, and the staff there were very pleasant and accommodating. The cleaning staff were similarly professional. I would def stay here again!"

"Simple yet effective decor, very clean and tidy. We went for room with breakfast and access to the gym and spa facilities and that worked well for us. The breakfast buffet was really good. We enjoyed the general atmosphere in the hotel however the bar area in the evening was deserted. Proximity to Laugavegur main shopping artery was great, as well as the indoor food hall and a handful of great restaurants. Bus Stop 13 is just around the corner, ideal for pickup/dropoff and going on excursions. "

"Stayed here for 6 days with my 4 year old grandson and we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great with Western options as well as Scandinavian and Continental. My grandson loved the waffle bar. The location was an easy distance to downtown and all of the tour operators we used as well as the Flybus do hotel pick ups and drop offs there right to the door."
