"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. "This rental is spacious, with one single and one double bedroom and a large terrace to enjoy a meal outside. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, and there is room for 6+ at the dining room table. The living/dining room has a great view of the lake. It's beautiful and rural but only 15 minutes by car or train to the beautiful city of Konstanz. We loved this apartment!"

If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff.
