I will preface this review with that I went just after Super Typhoon Yagi. The hotel suffered a lot of damage and large parts of the hotel were closed off entirely. I know the resort would've suffered a lot financially because of this, but as a guest I was left a little miffed that I paid full price for part of the experience. I would've been more than happy if the resort recognised a few things were out of order and chucked in a few freebies like a massage or drinks vouchers. After all they had more than enough staff around. On the staff they were great and accommodating for our needs but kept asking to give them a good review on trip advisor and name them, they're obviously incentivised to get good named reviews. All this being said the resort was wonderful, great food, stunning location and views, it capped off the most memorable trip for us. We would definitely recommend!
