"Please put up the Nikko Hotel sign so we know to turn into the small road leading up to the hotel. We kept on missing the turn and had to backed up the car or drive one more time around the block to get into the way...."

"Absolutely beautiful resort but very little English spoken. Restaurant service was exceptionally poor and food was of very basic quality.
