"We had just gotten off a 15 hour flight. We arrived at about 11:30pm. The lady at the front desk said we could not check in until the next morning!!!! We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel."

"This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen.
