"This house was AMAZING! The online pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable and wonderfully located. The owners were very friendly and gave several suggestions for food, drink, and entertainment nearby. If we ever return to Vienna, I will definitely look into this property again. "Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Und auf der oberen Etage, wo 4 Betten drin waren, gab es vermutlich Einschusslöcher im Fenster. Außenbeleuchtung war defekt. Am nächsten...

"Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung, insbesondere genossen wir es, eine Klimaanlage zu haben, da es über 30 Grad waren. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und Vermieter immer erreichbar."

"Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll saniert und der Garten rundet alles ab. Besten Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder. "The property was exactly as advertised. Gerhard and Martina, the property owners, were very nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious but cozy at the same time. We would love to stay longer. Vienna is about an 40 minutes away; an easy trip to make. We will definitely stay here again."

"Das Haus befindet sich auf einem schönen Grundstück. Das Plätschern des Baches hat eine beruhigende Wirkung. Die Grillen zirpen. Die Lage sowie die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Einwohner sind freundlich und entspannt. Der Ort ist sehr gepflegt. Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett umzäunt, wie ausgeschrieben, das war sehr ärgerlich und stressig, da wir deshalb mit unseren beiden Hunden dieses Haus gebucht hatten. "This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night, with no refund for the unused night. Find somewhere else!"
