"The best experience we have ever had! We were given a drink on arrival, escorted to the most majestic room we’ve ever stayed in before a phenomenal dinner. We woke ourselves up by getting in the onsen as snow hit the mountains and roofs around us! 10/10, the most memorable experience!"

"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite ..."
