"Its a little bit of a hike going to the inn so be aware not to bring big luggages. I did read the previous review and had only my overnight bag and that helps a lot. The inn itself is pretty clean, the staff were accomodating and I was able to book the private onsen. Its a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around hakone"
