I’m impressed by their staff! Dedicated team members! They take care of your requests like a second! The hotel is the cleanest room I ever seen in Hakone. It’s next to Hyatt Regency and Hakone 白檀！We will definitely come back to this hotel next time! The hotel also has the free shuttle and taking you to anywheres!

This was by far the most luxurious ryokan I've stayed before in Japan. I loved the spaciousness of the room along with the private onsen bath I had access to. In addition, the public bath was also clean and in good condition. The service I received here was top notch.

Service is awesome. Provide shuttle services to train station. They have great vegetarian for breakfast and dinner but need to let them know in advance. Provide drinks and snacks in the evening. Love the room and onsen.

Good stay in Hakone

The service was really good. They provided shuttle to train stations. They even arranged drop-off of our luggage to train station so that we didn’t have to carry them with us while sightseeing. We asked recommendations for lunch, they even drove us to the restaurant. They made us feeling very welcome. The hotel is in a quiet place, good for relaxing. The room is very spacious. They serve the guests with welcome tea when check in and free drinks from 8 to 11 pm. I would recommend this hotel.

This property is very small if you don't already know. We stayed here for two nights. Dinner and breakfast were served in the room. Food quality was excellent despite there were one or two things that we didn't like but it was truly our own issue. Bathhouse for Onsen is located in Level B1, it was pretty small. We decided to use the in room Onsen tub for the entire time we stayed. Service was good, I had been to better another Onsen hotel with better service. We felt like this place is missing something perhaps a garden

Amazing modern ryokan with private open air onsen on balcony! Spectacular views of the mountains all the way to the ocean! Great service from friendly and accommodating staff serving in room meals! Large public bath in basement with sauna and free massage chairs!

This is a spectacular property. We stayed in the Suite for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and the hotel far exceeded our expectations. Facilities and the private Onsen made our visit very special. The photos do not do the property justice. Amazing!
