"The property is very expensive for the area. The service was lovely except for the last day when we needed to leave the hotel and get to the bus station to leave Hakuba. The front desk staff was unable to find a taxi to pick us up and the hotel shuttle could not be sent to the bus station for an 8 am instead of 9 am run. "It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time"

"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day.
