What an absolute gem of a place.
What an absolute gem of a place. Cosy cottage with three bedrooms - all with super comfy beds . The garden at the front is very pretty and although not enclosed , just put our dog on her lead and she loved sniffing around . Rear views over the field. Had everything we needed and the owner Chrissy popped in from next door to welcome us on arrival . She was on tap if we needed any tips or recommendations whilst we were there. It was situated in a little village which was so peaceful . Just what you want for a short break . Wish we could have stayed longer . The ground floor bedroom shown as a single had a double bed leading straight out onto the back patio with the lovely view of the field . The wet room was ideal as my son was in plaster with a damaged hand. Loved the fact that there were three TVs as we were a party of different ages 80/75/51 and 16 so it suited everyone’s needs. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back . Although in the rural countryside , the path to the door was well lit with path lights and a light in the summerhouse . Enter through the conservatory or the side kitchen door and could park to the right on the owners side . Love the flagstoned floors as perfect for the dog and entry with muddy boots from walking . Just what the doctor ordered. We loved it Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A good location for many Suffolk places of interest . Very rural.. which is just what we wanted. Chrissie was helpful welcoming and available for queries if needed. Loved the place and the surrounding countryside. A good quiet peaceful place to come home to after a day wandering and looking at natural history. Would use again any time. The cottage is in beautiful countryside, with only a few houses close by. The owner lives next door making life easy for obtaining local info. There is plenty to do and see around but you need a car because of the remoteness of the cottage. We found it very relaxing and the week passed quickly but quietly. We would us it again. Had a good short break in this quaint and cosy cottage, we found the cottage fairly easily but did initially drive past, that was when we struggled a bit, as we found the "no longer open" pub next door and could see the cottage but couldn't work out how to get to it or where to park, assuming the adjoining house was the owners, we parked in a space at the end of that drive, turns out that was the correct place. Thanks again and for your post stay letter asking after our grandson +...
