I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. The exit door from the garage is literally across the street (literally a few steps since it isn't a wide street) from the entrance to the hotel! The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette in the room, and it was close enough to walk around the city. If you just need a place to sleep, this is just fine. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable. If you do plan on driving, be aware that the hotel is located in a "low emissions zone" so the vehicle you drive must comply or you can be fined. Google "low emissions zone" and Ghent to fully understand what this means if you plan to drive! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here were amazing. We had an issue with our room, but as soon as I explained they moved us to a beautiful view and it made our entire trip! Well done The Scott Hotel

The Villa was just perfect! It was so beautiful and cozy. It gave off such a wonderful authentic and homey vibe. The owners were in contact with us before arrival to make sure we found the place easily, were there to greet us, and made us feel welcome. I wish we stayed longer!! It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Great location - Nice and clean
