"위치가 오카이도 중심에 있어서 마쓰야마 성. 반스이소. 사카노우에노쿠모 등 가볍게 걸어다닐 수 있고, 쇼핑하기도 식당을 찾기도 편함. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 룸 청소 상태도 깨끗하고 침대도 안락함. 대욕장 청소상태도 매우 만족함. 다만 대욕장을 갈때 룸 수건을 가지고 가야하는 번거로움이 있고, 룸 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 나서 탈취제를 계속 뿌리고 환풍기를 틀어 놓아야 함."
