Great location for the strip and train right outside for exploring and easy to get to the airport staff on reception very friendly and helpful thank you
Very lovely and helpful staff with great communication skills in both german and english.
When I got to my room I saw some dust on the bathroom floor. But over all this stay was great.
Good location, better staff and cleaning but the comfort of the room is not satisfying…no refrigerator no wardrobe and very small to be called as a family room…
Reception staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient.
You need to be clear what your expectations are before staying here though. My single bed room has a shower that was only on “boil” mode, broken tiles, dirty floor, damp room that showed signs of poor attempted repairs. BUT…. I knew what I was getting myself in to.
Excellent hostel right in the middle of the Reeperban. A little hard to find because the building is down an ally just off the street. People are incredibly friendly so ask anyone. Very near a Beatles sculpture. Hostel staff spoke multiple languages and were very friendly. Will go again.

Good location for the city. We had a room right next to the elevator and that was extremely noisy. Other than that was great for what we needed.

Great location
Great location if you like night life on Reeperbahn . But be prepared for noise from the guest spesially in the day and evening .
The hotel/hostel was very nice. Our room was 1 large bed and private bathroom. The largeness was enough. The toilet was very clean and large enough. It is in the red light area of Hamburg. You will see many night clubs near of the hotel. Maybe not very convenient for the family but definitely safe and clean. I didnt understand why the rating is low.

Had a private room with bathroom, hostel is right on the Reeperbahn so it’s busy, noisy at night but hostel windows closed tight. It’s the red light district but feels safe to walk around. Great buffet breakfast worth the €.
Room was great, summer time with the windows open the noise volume is loud with people going out.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Room comfortable. However a leaky urinal and blocked toilet was a negative.
The fact that the hostel is in the red light district meant that venturing out wasn't a possibility.
Business trip to Hamburg.
Good location for the “hustle and bustle”.
Staff on arrival were great (two guys).
Staff on departure (female) sadly not so good as I tried to book a taxi to the airport and she wasn’t particularly helpful. I ended up walking down the street and ordered an Uber.
the property was literally surrounded by strip clubs and scary drunk old men. now as much as i loved the clubbing culture around the hotel, the area felt unsafe for two 18 year old girls traveling. we were only there for one night, the hotel itself wasn’t bad and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. would only recommend if your going to germany to get laid and drink while only being a minute walk from your hotel.
