Hotel was basic but clean and housekeeping were there every day, we only used the hotel as a base and didn’t eat or drink there. But what I saw looked decent. The location is excellent for exploring St Pauli and transport to the harbour and main areas of Hamburg are plentiful. You are about a 10-15 minute walk from the Repperbhan

Was nice and clean and comfy. room was big, only small problem was shower head holder was slightly broken, would slide down so had to keep holding shower head in place. did ask for singles and was made up as a double, but easy to move apart and maid was happy to make it up as two singles.

The room was clean and spacious, though a little dated. No in-room safe which is disappointing. Hotel was fine (standard 2.5-3 star) for a couple of nights travelling on business and the bed was very comfortable. Public areas are also a little dated looking and could do with a refresh. The neighbourhood is graffitied but safe and within walking distance of good cafes and bars. About a 30-40 minute walk to the city centre or 10 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn. Adequate for a couple of days of solo travel.

We stayed 3 nights, some problems: 1-Extremely loud cleaning was in progress every morning around 7-8am. I had to go out and ask the cleaner to be a bit quiet as we were trying to sleep but did not help. 2-I asked for double duvet as there was 2 single duvets for the double bed. They brought me another single duvet and I did not ask another time. 3-There was no ice available in the hotel ! I had an injury and had to put ice.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my small dog. The hotel had a good location, bus number 3 takes you to the city center in less than 15 minutes and the area itself had a lot of restaurants and bars. The street was a little bit noisy but slept quite well after all. The hotel itself was in need of a renovation, some things were quite outdated. But if you just need a place to sleep, it's good for that. The blanket could have been a bit thinner as it was quite hot. Room was big. My puppy was warmly welcomed and even though it was said to have a pet fee, I did not end up paying any more than what I had booked it for, a big plus! The terrace was also a nice thing. With a few upgrades to a more modern look and this will make a great hotel.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Städte Trip mit guter Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Über den Preis von 15 Euro pro Nacht für das Parkhaus lässt sich sicherlich streiten, dennoch eine gute und verlässliche Möglichkeit, das Auto abzustellen und flexibel zu nutzen. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, mit einer soliden Auswahl, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und bot genug Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Leider wirkte das Bad renovierungsbedürftig – besonders der Wasserhahn war extrem locker, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich trübte. Hier besteht definitiv Nachholbedarf. Insgesamt ok für eine kurze Übernachtung, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Es ist ein Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel. Es fängt beim Frühstück an ,täglich das gleiche, keine Wechsel beim Obst ,immer die gleiche Wurst, Käse ,fleischsalat ,das rührei trocknet vor sich hin im Wärmebehälter und die minni Donuts sind aufgetaut, der Obstsalat ,wenn es einen gibt dann ist es auch nicht besser. Und dafür 18€ p.P Das Zimmer, mit dusche und Dachterrasse, nun die Terasse wäre ok ,wenn der nachbar nicht die Stühle wegnimmt, es kann auf jeden zimmer die abdere Terrasse betreten werden. Nun due Sauberkeit ist keinen Stern wert, nach mehrmaligem Hinweis, das es noch spuren vom vormieter gibt ,wurden ignoriert. Der Haustechniker war prommt da ,klar muss ja sein wenn das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abfließen kann. Ja und Personal surft lieber im Internet, als gerne mit den Gästen zu reden . Es sollte gut überleget werden dort abzusteigen, preisleistung nicht akzeptabel.
