Dirty. Not clean sheets. Old food laying around in room an in refrigerator. Rotten bananas and sliced meat :-O. Room was in basement, with old air smelling. We left and drove back home after 10minutes.

Was hard to Check in and speciel out as i couldnt get any in the reception even after ringing the Bell several times go for a walk and come back ringing the bell again. I ended up just leaving the keycard as i had a plane to catch

Great value and good location

There are a ton of stairs so don’t bring heavy luggage. Great location next to 150 bus stop or 10 minute walk to 62 ferry. Old hotel so creaky and not very quiet but very beautiful and charming. I didn’t have hot water in sink or shower. The tea kettle upon arrival was such a treat. Slept great, could have used another pillow or one that wasn’t deflated and flat.

Avoid if you can, the room was not booked was not given, we were given a different room, with run down interior in a dark hall. When I talked to front desk staff he talked nice but said he had no other room. He said he will try to switch us the day after but there was zero attempt to do so or even communicate about. As a frequent traveller I won't go back or suggest do to my negative experience. There is low will even to maintain the pace up to standards

Very little of the facilities were functioning; no restaurant & no breakfast. The walls are quite thin and the neighbouring families were noisy, up until about 1am. The room was hot due to the hot weather, but no one on reception to ask for a fan. I wouldn’t recommend it as it was more like a hostel and didn’t set me up well for my meetings in Hamburg. I would

Der Besitzer sollte sich schämen, solche Zimmer anzubieten. Möbel sind in sehr schlechten Zustand ( Bett fällt auseinander, Lattenrost gebrochen). Man wird nicht über Umbuchung des Zimmers informiert. Habe versucht tel. Kontakt aufzunehmen ( 18x ) und keinen erreicht. Wäre nicht durch Zufall, ein Angestellter aufgetaucht, hätten wir auf der Straße übernachten müssen. Ein Beschwerde wird noch folgen. Zusätzlich besteht das Problem, das das Zimmer, mit kaltem Zigarettengestank behaftet ist.

Im Hotelzimmer sollte man sich nicht zu doll umsehen, (gardienenstange kurz vorm abfallen, das Waschbecken läuft aus, die duschwand war ab, teils fehlte Tapete / Farbe, sehr hellhörig, hartes Bett, usw.). Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir wurden benachrichtigt, das die Rezeption nicht dauernd besetzt war, dies war auch der Grund warum wir nicht bescheid sagen konnten. Die umbegung war gut. Nebenan ein rewe. Parkplatz am hotel.

Unmöglicher Empfang

Zuerst war im 13:30 Uhr bei der Anreise niemand an der Rezeption ( lt. Internet Check- in ab 13 Uhr), dann war der Herr sehr unfreundlich, gab uns ein abgetanztes Zimmer im Souterrain, bei der meine Frau am liebsten sofort wieder abgereist wäre, da der Teppichboden völlig befleckt war, vermutlich ( so hoffe ich vom letzten Hochwasserschaden) oder irgendwas besonders ekeliges…Dabei liegt das Hotel wunderschön gelegen im grünen Stadtteil Finkenwerder. Hätte ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen können( ist ja eigentlich nicht die Reeperbahn)😉

Rezeption nicht oft besetzt, deutsche Sprache nicht mächtig, Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben im Internet, Handbücher und Bettlaken mit Flecken, alte abgenutzte Möbel, kein Frühstücksbufett, Frühstück schlecht. Das Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!!
