The hotel is located at the periphery of Hamburg BH , with fair amount of homeless population. Returning from the Station, to alleviate anyvsafety concerns, one must choose to walk along the main roads, rather than the smaller roads directly to the Ibis Hotels.

The room felt like a refurbished hospital room or penitentiary. There were a few broken or impractical bits. Late checkout wasn’t possible because it was fully booked and luggage storage was 2 euros cash only. Not the ideal last impression

Grundsätzlich ok, aber nicht mehr. Toiletten rochen nach Urin, sauber war es auch nicht richtig, habe einige Haare gefunden etc. Ist auch zu laut um Nachts Fenster auf zu machen. Personal war aber freundlich und Lage ist super wenn man zum Hauptbahnhof muss.

Leider kleine Insekten auf dem Fußboden. Das Bett war unordentlich hergerichtet. Das Bettlaken war zwar super sauber, aber total unordentlich aufgezogen. Das ist unakzeptabel. Ich habe selbst in Hotels gearbeitet. Und so etwas geht im House Keeping überhaupt nicht. Egal ob 5 Sterne oder Budget. Also das geht viel besser.
