This modern 2 Bedroom guest-suite is about 20mins drive to Niagara Falls, 5mins to Niagara college, 11mins to Brock Uni, 40mins to Buffalo USA, 90mins to Toronto ON, near tourist centers, parks, beaches and hiking trails. This bright and spacious guest-suite is located in the lower level, possessing large egress windows.

Well-equipped for your convenience and comfort, this suite has 2 bedrooms, full washroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting and dining areas beautifully furnished. You would also have access to the home gym!.

You will find in each bedroom a cozy queen size bed, closet and a workspace (Table + chair + lamp). If you like to play piano, you would be pleased to know that there's a piano in one of the rooms for your enjoyment!

In addition to the washroom, laundry (washer, dryer and laundry rack), kitchen, sitting and dining areas, which are all within the guest-suite, you would see the linen closet that contains extra towels, pillows, linens and tissue papers, all available to you.

Just opposite the guest-suite, you will find the gym, which is equipped with treadmill and rowing machine for your enjoyment! Please note that the gym is a shared space.

Feel free to explore your culinary skills in the kitchen equipped with range, oven, over the range microwave oven (vented to the exterior), toaster, refrigerator, electric kettles, blender, basic cooking wares, dishwasher, dishes, wine glasses, tea cups and utensils. Feel free to use the starter beverages (chocolate, coffee, tea bags, sugar, pops etc) provided for your enjoyment!

While starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash and hand soap) are provided to last you a couple of nights, hand/dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap are provided to last for the duration of your stay.

You will find the shoe+coat rack just at the entrance of the guest-suite.
