"The Reef Hotel is fine,and great value with a million dollar view, it's been years since I've stayed there and I had forgotten just how amazing it is, nothing else matters when you are staring out over the whitsundays. Large rooms, large bathrooms, comfortable, clean would definitely stay again."

"This was the first leg of our trip, perfect for relaxing. The bungalows were very roomy and in a great location to walk or catch the shuttle. The pools are absolutely amazing and all the restaurants were delicious. Passage Peak was a breathtaking walk."

"Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as ..."

A lovely private island with a bustling marina complex. Lots of restaurants but need to book early - ideally before you go. We struggled to get reservations so are in the hotel most nights. There is a Hamilton Island app that I recommend downloading

A relaxing, car-free, dog-free holiday place, beautifully maintained with lush vegetation. Birds and some marsupials to spot, and you can wade or snorkel in the sea at Catseye Beach, while the fish swim around you.
