"The staff here is AMAZING. Very friendly and welcoming. They were so kind to my two little kids, which would make any parent happy. The hotel itself is in need of repairs and adjustments. There is a lot of duct-taping holding things together, but we sort of figured that would be the case for only ~$150 a night. We felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Great place to stay. We were there to go to the Aquarius Theatre, a short walk away. We have stayed at this hotel several times a year to go to the theatre. Rooms are spacious & clean. My big negative is that they charge you $18 a day to park in their underground parking. For the price of the hotel room, it should be included!"

"June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. It was a down time so the resort was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was amazing, we just wished we booked or planned for more time. There is a cute town Port Colborne close by with...
