"This a beautiful property but not easy to find ! The host wasn’t there when we arrived just gave us a code to get in and there was only someone there in the morning to serve breakfast and didn’t speak English. We had their large suite with two large roaches in the room . The next morning there was no one to help with the luggage since this place is in the middle of the madia. "This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. "This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...
