"We stay in VRBO properties frequently, mostly abroad but on this occasion we needed a property in Worcestershire. My wife, myself, one of my son's and his partner stayed for 5 nights during my other son's wedding celebrations. The wedding party was large so the fact that Ian and Vanessa have a number of properties in the courtyard was very appealing to the Groom. "A wonderful location for a last minute short break. The Barn was exactly what we needed and as described. We could happily sit and look at the Views and sunset from the garden / patio, whilst relaxing. Walking possible direct from the Barn and easy access to loads of places to visit across the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Great communication from host. "Eight members of our family spent a lovely long weekend at Riversdale Lodge to celebrate two 80th birthdays and everyone had a fantastic time. The house is lovely and in a gorgeous setting - we felt totally relaxed immediately on arrival. "The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. "We had a relaxing 3 night stay. The bed in the main bedroom wasn't very comfortable and we felt like we were going to fall between the matresses as they were pushed together. The property is situated on a main road which we didn't realise. The road noise was loud when we sat outside at the back end which was most of the time but inside the house was much more quiet with the double glazing and the house stayed cool in the hot weather. The layout of the house was nice, the lounge had a good feel...
