Nice hotel. Hotel was very responsive to messages sent in the app. Great sound-proofing; we didn't hear people on either side of us nor the floor above us, although the hotel was full. Comfortable beds, loved the amenities. Very good breakfast options. The pullout couch bed was pretty gross, but other than that, no complaints!

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is excellent, very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the best! The restaurant inside this hotel was convenient for dinner & very tasty.

After experiencing the discomfort and disrespect at the Hyatt, the Embassy Suites was a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a clean, comfortable room and treating us with kindness and respect. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, which made all the difference in turning our stay around. We were truly grateful for the positive experience and felt valued as guests, something we didn’t get at the Hyatt. The contrast in service and hospitality was night and day, and it reaffirmed how important it is for businesses to prioritize their customers' comfort and satisfaction.

The evening reception with snacks and 2 free beverages was a plus. Breakfast is fantastic. The quality of the bed was magnificent. The room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet. I enjoyed my stay
