***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.

***No Parties. We have fantastic neighbors and ask that you respect quite hours.

***No Tobacco, vaping, or any type of smoking on the premises (inside or outside). This is strictly enforced and administered by the condo association.

***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Wonder condo right on the Hampton Beach
Very nice place to stay with the best view of the beach. Short walk to the Jetty and casino. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook any meal you wish too. Very clean.

Peaceful retreat!
The Wave is wonderful place to relax and renew. The view is spectacular as well as direct access to the beach. Restaurants are a couple blocks away and the evenings were peaceful. The decor has a nice flow and feel. Everything you you need is there… just bring your flip flops!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful condo. There is a great view of ocean from the enclosed porch which we were still able to enjoy in the cold weather. Waking up to the beautiful sunrises was amazing. We had many enjoyable, scenic walks on the beach and a day trip to Portsmouth. The condo is very comfortable and includes everything you need especially the fully equipped, well-appointed kitchen. Great stay!

The property was exactly as one would expect from the site. It comes down to preparation, communication and location, location, location! This was a perfect beach break before the crowds. This property is perfect… right on the beach. Nothing between you and the water but sand.

Great beach access
One of the few areas in hampton that you can walk right out on the beach! Very clean and well- appointed. Easy walking distance to Hampton strip yet a bit away from the noise of the area. Great area for long beach walks as you can cross over the bridge to Seabrook and walk for miles. One of the things I liked most is that the unit is perfectly set up as a rental should be- minimal knick knacks, organized kitchen set up that is simple but has all the basic items you would need , and most importantly very clean.

Awesome Beach Views
Having a nice place to stay during our vacation made the trip all the worthwhile. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained and I cannot say enough about the views. No obstructions, just look out the window and nothing but beach and rolling waves. John was pleasant to work with and responded quickly to messages. If you are looking for the ultimate beach front condo, you don’t need to look any further. This is you home away from home.

OH Happy Winter Days
Was just what these 2 old souls needed. Winter in the woods can be so bleak. Being right on the ocean, even with snow, was just wonderful. The glassed in full porch was a bonus. Even warm. The condo was a great 3 day home. You just stepped out of condo, down the elevator and onto the beach, not without hooded coat!!! Thank you, John for hosting us. Will surely be back.

A beautiful stress-free stay
First of all, the view...The view was breathtaking and waking up to it every morning was like a dream. The condo was exactly as advertised in the photos we saw. Very clean and quiet with on site parking. We were here for 4 nights for a "close to home" anniversary get-away. We had both a great and stress-free time. All we needed to bring here were our clothes and toiletries. We shopped for groceries and thats it, nothing else was needed. The condo had everything!!! This trip was just what we needed and I'm looking forward to coming here again. I would recommend anyone to stay here! I know we'll be back!! Thank you for having us, John!

Perfect
I recently stayed at “The Wave” with my two young daughters and my 75 year old mother. Our stay from booking to check out was perfect. The location was amazing. The distance from the apartment to the car and the beach was ideal especially when traveling with children and a senior. We could easily leave our beach stuff in the car and just stop and get it each day on the way out to the beach. The close proximity to the Boardwalk was great. The unit itself had a beautiful view and was well stocked. The host responded promptly when I reached out prior to and during our trip. We had a great vacation and hope to return to this unit on Hampton Beach.
