"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "Arrived late but still got to use the pool, which was cold, steam room good sauna not much heat. Room nice, great big bed, nice layout, like having a shower and bath available. No milk on tray also only one English Breakfast t-bag. The parking price is too high (£20) and should be shown prior to booking, I couldn't afford this and had to make other arrangements.Central located, near the station. Overall will deffo stay their again and this time we need 2 welcome drinks as we didn't get them this time. "
