"Nice, clean property with pleasant garden. Owner lives next door and kindly provided us with fresh eggs from his hens! Unfortunately there was no hot tub which had been stated in the advert. When asked about this the owner said he knew nothing about a hot tub. As the hot tub was the main reason for choosing this gite we were extremely disappointed. "The location of the gite , right next to the Somme canal, offers interesting walks along the canal to see the varied bird and animal life. The Gite has been renovated to a very good standard with three ensuite double bedrooms. The dining kitchen is incredibly well equipped with every gadget you could want if you feel the urge to cook from scratch. The kitchen has an island as well as a large dining table so evenings can be spent having a leisurely dinner. The separate living room is enormous...

"Fantastic place to stay if you are looking for something a little different but still want to be warm and comfortable! It was -2 degrees outside on the night we stayed but we were plenty warm in the yurt (which has a heater if required). Decor is great, beds are comfortable and the separate kitchen / dining area is lovely and sunny for breakfast. The setting is lovely with a small play park for the kids and a few animals nearby. Overall highly recommended. "

"Terrific experience at this hotel. Friendly and quick check in and check out. Hotel assisted with our request for a room for my husband with mobility issues without any problem. "The area has very little public parking available, however the hotel has it's own secure parking for a reasonable fee. The person at the reception when I arrived was very pleasant and helpful. The room is small but convenient for an overnight stop. The bed was comfortable. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. All in all I was happy with my stay "
