"Beautiful location. Peaceful surroundings. Poolside space is very limited. Very limited options to eat outside the hotel within walking distance. Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. "Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "It was a very nice stay. Very private and away form the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean but the condition is a bit aged. Not very convenient as there are no amenities within walking distance but u can always call for taxi or grab easily. We left a jacket in the villa upon checkout and 2 hours after we checkout I received a email saying I left something and we were able to retrieve it. Overall it was a nice experience. "

" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "The hotel is in a rural area so you will need to rent a car or be prepared to pay a bit more on taxis. Staff are friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. I also liked the bath and the balcony. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection and the room service menu is limited but I really enjoyed the one meal that I ordered. There are better and cheaper day spas in Chiang Mai so I probably wouldn't use that service again. The resort booked a tour for me and it was smooth and easy....

"Once we arrived, we instantly felt relaxed. We were greeted by smiling faces and welcomed like family - in fact check in was almost non-existent and after a long drive, it was wonderful to be taken straight to our room to relax. "It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended"
