Friendly staff and great customer service! The room could use some updates but overall a good stay.

Stay 2 nights and everything is good.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating with our request for an early check in. The hotel was very clean and the area is full of shopping and options for food. The room had pots, pans and dishes for those that prefer to make their own food instead of ordering out. I would stay here again. Small issue with ants in the room.

Lovely hotel, and conveniently a part of one of our favorite Syracuse restaurants. Our room was in the first floor and super noisy from the family directly above. We heard their toddler running, screaming, crying, their conversations all hours of the night, and their very early morning departure. So sound proofing in the rooms is just not up to the same level as other places we've stayed in Syracuse. The rooms are lovely otherwise, and we would simply request a second floor room next time. It was just bad luck getting a noisy family above us, could happen anywhere and has, but soundproofing here is not effective.
